9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,367 reviews)
The place is emasculate, very clean, spacious bathroom & bath tub, the room is a good size
More than we expected as most hotels in Asia is somewhat small. The location is fabulous, walking distance to china town & only a few stops from Little India. The view from the room
Is superb, you can see most of the city.
The lobby is grand, equipped with a bar & coffee shop.the front desk is courteous & helpful.
They would call you a taxi & will be there in a few minutes. They kept our suitcases after checkout
For free & without hesitation. Overall great service.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (122 reviews)
Love every single bit of my stay! The turn down service and the extra mile the staff including the Director went to made the stay special and memorable. Appreciate it very much! Location is superb too, right across from Paragon Shopping Mall which has ample food varieties. Highly recommended. Definitely will come back again!
