The hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly, I got a free upgrade without even asking for it, the room was nice, the gym was fit for my needs, and I loved how each floor had a ping pong table. Additionally, I loved the central location of the hotel.

Standard reception. Nice bedding. Toilet smell, needed to call the housekeeping to rectify it. Nice breakfast. However, was kept waiting in the cold for the door to open at 630am for breakfast, although the scheduled time for breakfast is 630am.
