Booked deluxe suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi. Room didn't have fireplace as stated and jacuzzi tub had a rose petal in the tub jets. Overall, stay was good. Room had a great view of the falls and fireworks. Parking was very expensive. Almost 50% of the room cost.

Fantastic front desk staff and guest services staff. Very welcoming, kind and helpful and also fun personalities with good recommendations. They made a big conference style hotel feel welcoming and cozy. Views from corner rooms are amazing. Overall great experience.
