Currently the resort is under renovations. We were “upgraded” to a room that was not renovated and was suppose to be further away from noise but we still heard the drilling and they start very early in the morning! Two of the elevators were not working and had to wait a couple times to get on one ...

Parking is at least a 5min walk away, and requires a $50 charge for self park or $70 for valet. Nothing special about the hotel and Starbucks costs at least 3x what it does anywhere else. They will rip you off!

The pool was shut down. The gym was clear across the casino in the adjacent tower. In which I had no access from my tower without walking through the casino floor. The ice machine was broken from floors 51-54 and our phone didn’t work in my suite. Went to talk to the concierge and they took good care of us and brought up 2 buckets of ice after a $50 credit for the inconvenience

There were no beddings for the sofa bed, so i asked for them but we got it after few hours later after midnight after the several reminders. I got charged for the parking fee $25/day even though we didn't even have a car, so i requested a refund.
