The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff didn't know how to count towels or check the soap and shampoo and conditioner bottles. They have parking in a garage which is included which is hard to find in San Francisco. The beds were very comfortable. It is on a busy corner and it was very loud. We could hear everything from outside in our room, even people talking. We had a few spiders in our room.
