"I've stayed at this chain before, and I think it's getting run down. This stay confirmed that. Elevator was tiny and old. Didn't feel safe. Room was spacious, but I DO NOT like the bathroom sink in the same area as the bedroom. This needs to be kept separate. I always complain about a tub/shower ..."

"Place is filthy, no hot water, floor is filthy with grime along every crack and crevice. Doors to outside left open and we froze in the room because the heat wouldn’t come on. Tub didn’t drain, toilet flushed very incompletely. I hope I never have to stay here again!"

Was told that we could get a "free upgrade" to a room with a couch & 1 king bed or pay for a 2nd queen room. Not helpful. No toilet paper in bathroom in our room...had to go to front desk to get ..."

"The check in was full of surprises! We had no idea they had food and beverages for guests from 5:30-7:00 PM. We had a long drive and were ready to relax and get something to eat. The pool area was not just clean. It was also inviting, and spacious. One of the best hotels on our long journey!"
