Staff was friendly. Nice environment. Only thing that did bother us was the a.c. some rooms have great a.c and others dont.

Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, onsite Starbucks, Lockwood restaurant was amazing, beautiful gathering area in the lounge. Close to all the Christmas must do’s. Decorated so so beautifully for Christmas!

This was our third time staying in this hotel. This time we booked a different suite, and it was amazing. We had the best view, room service was excellent, staff was friendly. We will return.

Room was nice really spacious beautiful view but restroom not so great shower head was malfunctioning and my room key would just stop working out of nowhere. After walking all day get to the office from my room was hard work. But over all beautiful.

The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ...
