Hotel was fine room was very nice. Front desk staff good. Breakfast was odd, staff act if breakfast is a secret and there are rules you need to follow and an order that suits them and maybe not you. It was just odd. That being said location and general hotel were all very good

The perfect location. We arrived in the rain and cloud and woke up to the most amazing private views of Fitz Roy. Manu was wonderful, recommending hikes to us which we would not have discovered.
