"Before you set off to this beautiful hotel be sure to book the transfer with the speed boat, you will be met at the airport, taken to the pier then a shared trip to the beach in front of the hotel. We were met by "Mild" (her easy to pronounce name) she was a beaming ambassador for the hotel, whilst our luggage was taken to our room we were given the tour of the hotel. Which is all well kept and a beautiful place to be. During our stay all the staff were welcoming but 2 members stood out and they are "Mild" and "Dear" both always had this warm welcome and nothing was any trouble, their smile and warmth really added to our stay and we want to thank them for making our stay so wonderful! If you want a relaxing holiday on the best beach on the island then this please is for you!"

"A beautiful resort decorated with traditional Thai woodworking. Beautiful pools and landscaping. Excellent staff. A great place to come and relax. Private beach and pools with waterfalls. Variety of rooms with different views to choose from. It is a large resort and a little spread out but they provide free and efficient shuttle service throughout the property. "

"Most amazing place… no other resort in this area has the beachfront view and access like Palita. The beach is groomed every morning, and the sand is immaculate They have all sorts of things for guests to use such as beach cushions, life vests and even a surfboard! More quieter side of the beach but just steps away from so many restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect location for families, couples or solo guests. Rooms very well maintained, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Can even book connecting rooms for multiple families. Breakfast included, made to order and every dish absolutely devious. The Restaurant had a huge selection and everything we tried was 10/10. Best and biggest pool in Koh Phangan! The best part of this place was the people… The owners were on site every day making sure every detail was perfect. Going the extra mile every opportunity they had. All the workers were so kind and accommodating. It truly is like your second home. Can’t wait to go back with our family ❤️ "

"Sunrise resort is a little dated in general but the rooms have being painted and modernised. Comfortable bed The attached restaurant is good and reasonable priced. The location is perfect right in the beach front. "

"Beautiful property. Open air bathroom/ Closet concept in the room is awful. A bat came into our bathroom closet area while we were bathing at 2pm. Close off the entrance points to keep critters out please! A gecko with half a tail fell on us in the toilet area. "

"The BEST resort on Haad Rin Bay for the Full Moon Party. You are right on the beach with gorgeous views of the bay everyday was waking up in PARADISE! The Burger shack across the street is unbelievably DELICIOUS! The location was excellent "
