"La propieded se maneja con correos y codigos QR nada de personal esto lo hace muy dificil para pesonas que no son muy modernas nos toco ayudar a varios huepedes con problemas de codigos para entrar y pagamos el estacionamiento y el codigo funciono 1 dia y tuvimos que estar batallando para abrir los portones del estacionamiento con lluvia y mucho frio esta bien para chavos mochileros pero no para viajeros de vacaciones centrico si pero creo que hay mejores opciones por el precio"

"The place is convenient, close to the train & bus station. The room is modern with kitchen supplies, good for cooking if you are saving money for food. Generally, it’s clean but i think that day the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors - it’s dusty. They are strict in check-in/out. You can call help via phone call but no one is around to talk to. You must bring your phone all the time inside the vicinity, otherwise you are screwed. All in all, its a nice decent place to stay."

"The staff was no really attentive with my requests. The room was not clean and they come just one time to do the general cleaning, the towels where to small and only one time they replaced them. Only only one window was able to open fully and was for the very noisy size, I can smell the bathroom and all the smock from the outside bus, I really didn't have a confortable time, plus the location was very dangerous at night! that was most terrible thing."

"The unit is undoubtedly in a great location. However, I stayed during Zurich's hot summer, and the lack of a working fan made me seriously rethink my choice of accommodation. To be fair, I did not ask for a replacement fan, partly because of the language barrier and partly because I was only staying for four nights. On my first night, I had to sleep without a fan. At around 2:00 a.m., I called the front desk to ask for one, but I was told none were available. The following day, however, another...
