"The good: staff was very friendly and kind and the reserve has a beautiful view over the valley below. They went out of there way to be helpful. The game vehicles were comfortable and we appreciated having a storage locker between the seats. Anzel was super kind and really tried hard. We liked the little surprises that they had throughout our stay.
The bad: hot water in the shower was good for 2-3 minutes and then went cold. Elephants are on other side of the reserve and are too far to...

"The place looked good when we arrived but took a fall from grace when we went to dinner, steak was on the menu but all three of us could not even cut it with a steak knife and the amount of people sending the steak back agreed with us it really put us off and the breakfast was not much better when we told the staff they were not interested overall disappointed"
"I loved this place, convenient for a stop over on the way to the coast. The dinner (Stew & salad) was amazing!! Lovely rooms, with private outside area where you can sit and listen to the birds. Definitely recommended."
