Cari Hotel di Kanton Zug

"Clean and great location for our use."

"Clean room. Parking was simple. Quiet."

"Nice studio apartment only downside there is No AC to control. They say it’s centrally controlled unfortunately we had no AC during a 37 degree stay and could not sleep was unbearable, Did message but got no reply until after we left so suffered with no AC Unfortunately due to this reason would not stay again which is a shame as apartment are nice. Also said they would give a small refund because of AC reason nothing received over a week later."

"Large clean room and surprisingly cool considering the temp was 30°C. The 'Chiil Out Room' or common room on our floor was nicely furnished and had a balcony where we enjoyed a pizza. The only challenge was the responsiveness of the electronic keys that would take longer than expected to activate, but did eventually work for the doors and elevator."

"Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Right near the train"

"Room was clean, a little dated, but fine. No iron or ironing board was provided, so if you come in late you will have to improvise to smooth your shirts."

"The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars ."

"Nice"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Boiler rooms, pilling sheets, no top sheet. Curtains must stay open all night if you want the window to be open. NO AIR FLOW or A/C. Fridge not working. Would not switch my room without charging me a cleaning fee. Staff was very amenable, except one member: Ladina Calonder. She was rude and dismissive, hiding behind her computer until I left. No resolution was had. I would not recommend this property to anyone and I would not recommend Ms Calonder to be in hospitality anymore."

"En relación con las quejas que presenté sobre el estado de las habitaciones asignadas durante mi estancia en Visionapartments, quisiera reiterar las circunstancias que justifican mi decepción con este establecimiento: Primera habitación (509): ● Las cortinas no estaban bien sujetas al techo. ● El ventilador no funcionaba. ● La habitación estaba en condiciones de limpieza inaceptables. Segunda habitación (308): ● La ducha y el lavabo estaban atascados de pelo, impidiendo el drenaje...

"Excelente servicio :D"

"Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. The property also had no air conditioning, which was not made clear beforehand. As a result, the apartment was unbearably hot, and none of...

"The rooms are not like your standard hotel rooms. But"

"Es ist ein wunderschönes und grosszügiges Apartment mit sensationellem Ausblick, Bad mit Dusche, zwei Toiletten, voll eingerichtete Küche. Allerdings war’s etwas heiss: es gibt keine Klimaanlage nur mobile „Klimageräte“."
