"We had a really great stay at Hotel Zócalo Central. The location is excellent for exploring the historic center, and the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Joshua at Balcón del Zócalo, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful breakfast experience every morning. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping our room spotless each day, which we really appreciated. The only downside was transportation. While the location is fantastic, it was often difficult for Uber drivers to find the hotel due to the surrounding streets. Several times we had to be dropped off about 15 minutes away and walk the rest of the way, which was a bit inconvenient—especially with kids. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Zócalo Central to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Mexico City."

"Absolutely perfect hotel if you appreciate a museum hotel. There’s nothing basic about this hotel. It’s stunning. Located in Zona Rosa.(Gay district) The only thing I would have liked to have in the room would have been a small dining table with chairs. The 24 hour room service was great but the lack of a table and chairs was greatly missed. The room could have been decorated a little better too. A picture or two and that table and chairs would have made the room perfect. The bed was comfortable the pillows and linens were quality. The shower water pressure was wonderful. Overall we had an outstanding experience at the hotel. Shout out to the cafe Buenos Diaz."
