"Chambre propre et confortable. Personnels de réception agréable. Navette pour aéroport facile. Seul hic le restaurant, service nul, bouffe moyenne, déjeuner nul, personnels aucun sourire, ne semble pas avoir 3nvie de travailler. Au déjeuner, plus d’œufs brouillés et 3 employés regarde la salle, plus de lait, plus de café mais fut demandé personne ne va voir s’il manque de choses. "Desde a minha chegada até minha saída, fui bem recepcionista, as meninas da recepção muito educada e prestativa, as moças da limpeza também muito educadas. No café o buffet com muitas variedades de comida e tudo muito gostoso. Eu recomendo!"

"I had an oceanfront room and this was an exceptional stay. From the check in assistance by Julia at the front desk, to Gustavo at my check out, I had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt for 4 days and I'd definitely be back here again. I am very sensitive to noise and even though the oceanfront room is by the avenue, the soundproofing of the balcony door was so superb, once you close it, the whole noise of the outer world is away from you.
