"I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Guarulhos Airport. The staff is absolutely amazing — very polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The location right next to the airport is perfect, and the shuttle service makes everything incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, exactly what you need before or after a long flight. Highly recommended."

"I liked the hotel very much. Parking was convenient and easy, nearby Shopping Ibirapuera, where there is a money exchange shop on the third floor. The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista. The staff was very cordial and attentive. I liked watching the planes passing by, and the noise doesn’t bother me at all, however, if it is an issue for some guests, the noise stops during the night. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, either in the mall or on the streets nearby, and you can eat a variety of cuisines like, German, Japanese, Lebanese, Italian and of course Brazilian."

"Nice hotel. Staff was great. Originally had a room next to the elevators and street. Was too loud for us but they kindly switched us to a different room away from the street and elevators. Nice neighborhood. Yummy breakfast and good views from top of the hotel. Would recommend. "

"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people. Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!"
