We arrived at 7:00 a.m., well before check-in, and the hotel offered us the option of enjoying the facilities while we waited or paying for an early check-in, which we appreciated after traveling overnight.
There was a room assignment mix-up during our stay, but the way the staff handled it truly reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. They went above and beyond by upgrading us to the Presidential Suite, an incredibly generous gesture that we sincerely appreciated.
