"Red Rock Inn in Springdale is a fantastic, quiet little spot made up of individual cottages right in the heart of the action. The views of the Zion red rocks are absolutely stunning, and you'll often see deer wandering right through the grounds. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. It's incredibly walkable, close to the Zion park entrance, and the town shuttle stop, supermarket, and e-bike rentals are literally right across the street. No more excellent muffins, we had to wait for ever the first morning to have omelets, the second morning they took for ever to refill the regular coffee, only decaffeinated and no forks. As for the pool, not once they were towels there. Little things needed took for ever and we had to look for...so disappointed"

"When the listing says breakfast included be aware they don’t mean a proper hotel continental breakfast. They have paper bags with bagels and yogurt that they pass out in the morning. I was disappointed and had to find a real breakfast elsewhere."

"My husband and had a lovely stay, quick check in. Lots of parking available, shuttle stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The room was immaculately clean!! Temp was perfect as it was 102' outside and room was always cold! That was great at night while sleeping. Beds were so comfortable and we were within walking distance to just about everything. Shuttle was less than 3 min walk away which took us up to Zion Natl Park. Loved the view outside the door."

The air conditioning unit barely functioned, which made it difficult to get comfortable after a hot day in the park. There was also a strong smell of gas near the back units and laundry facility, likely emitting from the nearby tank. Overall, we were underwhelmed and would not recommend this hotel, unfortunately."

"When we checked into our room there was quite a lot of hair on the top bunk. There were also an unusual amount of hair clumps in the pool that kept sticking to my son as he swam. Charging for smores and campfire stories seemed excessive as we’ve stayed at similar resorts that offered these items complimentary. Those are the small touches that I find charming and move me to recommend a resort or want to stay there again. The beds were comfortable though and the scenery was pretty."

"The location is not bad. It's located at stop 6 which is a short walk from the hotel. It can take 15-30 mins to get to the park depending on how long you have to wait for the bus. The property is relatively nice. The breakfast was nice but it was crowded and hard to find seats at times. My biggest complaint is the new building I was in didn't have a functional elevator (not that it was under repair, they just didn't have one).
