View and pool were great. Bring mosquito repellent and water as both are needed. Easy walk to beach and long walk to the town. The place is run down and in need of updates and remodeling (currently under construction).

The view is besutiful, Jesus was very responsive and helpful, and the room was clean (when house keeping bothered to show up). The hotel is selling and will be closed after this tourist season, condos will be built in its place. Its very obvious that the owners, which live nextdoor, are no longer commited to providing quality service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at this property. Delicious fresh breakfast every morning, stunning views of La Ropa from the restaurants and pool, easy access to taxis into town, comfortable and very clean room. Owner and staff were all so kind and considerate, we felt very well hosted the entire time. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

This is a quiet hotel with the best views possible. The hotel staff and management is great. Jesy, Eddie and the owner's were very attentive. Be prepared for a few bugs and a decent hike up and down the hill. Taxis are easy to get. It's a nature preserve so you'll see all kinds of wonderful creatures. If you're looking for something different than the resort experience than pick this place.

While I had a very brief stay, late night check in and late morning check out. The hospitality of Celine, the owner, to greet me, was genuinely appreciated. I had a lovely room overlooking the ocean and bay of Zihuatanejo. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. I also had a yummy breakfast. It's a long walk to the beach and a store, but I'd try this place again, for sure!

The staff, large rooms with balconies and views were wonderful! The hotel is a little tired and very difficult to walk around as it’s so steep on the mountainside. There are many stone stairs that would be limiting to anyone with mobility problems. We enjoyed our stay, but found the property a little too far from the beach and town.

The rooms were great, clean and well maintained. The grounds need attention, lots of care as far as the cages of animals but messy. If you have any mobility issues this place is not for you. Lots of stairs and a hike to get to and from the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you were looked after.

Pablo and Celine have been terrific hosts and Jesse our maid is sweet and hard working. Breakfasts are a treat and infinity pool a real oasis. Our suite was large and had a terrific balcony. The views of Playa la Ropa and Zihuatanejo across the bay are stunning. The location at the top of a hill means steep walks back from the beach ,so for those less mobile you would need taxis. The lively Centro, fun at night, is about a 100 peso taxi ride each way.This hotel is ideal for those seeking a mainly quiet time in Zihuatanejo, eating most meals at the hotel and enjoying the amazing setting and hospitality.

This is an exceptional place with a ten million dollar view across La Ropa beach and the waterfront. The property houses a variety of exotic birds which were rescued and provide endless entertainment. Celine and Miguel are gracious hosts who built the place and several adjacent condo developments. All the staff are helpful and attentive to your requests. The restaurant and bar are next to an infinity pool all with the same stunning view. You can walk down to La Rosa beach but will need a collectivo or taxi into town or for nearby excursions.

The view cannot be beat, the staff friendly and helpful. The property itself needs TLC. My shower head was old and crusted with minerals that made water go everywhere. The restaurant food was not good. My rice looked like it had been sitting out for a long time with a crust and cold. And as for adults only, there was a baby there but only for maybe a night. There were very few guests. The bed was comfortable but I would not stay there again.
