"Overall my stay was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a mini refrigerator but it needs time to become cold, so make sure that you leave a key card in the electric slot otherwise it will turn off. I could not adjust the thermostat in my room, so my room was hot. My final night I got smart and opened a window (I was on the 7th floor). The staff was most helpful whether it was checking in, helping me with a taxi or helping me with directions to the Daxing Airport Express Train Line. The hotel is about 3km from XiHongmen Train Station. Normal daytime fare is 13rmb, but it seems you need to have some kind of code, unless you call a Didi (Chinese Uber). Also, if you arrive at night be careful, I was charged 40rmb. I highly recommend having someone help you set up your phone so you can use the bus system or Didi. The nearby mall, Livat, is quite nice with many nice shops, restaurants and an IKEA. It's best to take bus 474 between the hotel and the mall/train station. The stop is Fuxing Hua.... Remember to cross the street for the bus running in the opposite direction. From the hotel to the bus stop takes about 10 minutes. Turn left out of the hotel and then left onto the sidewalk . Continue straight until you reach the traffic light and guess what, turn left again and the bus stop for 474 is about 100 feet. The breakfast buffet is nice. There is a mixture of Western and Chinese food, coffee, tea, juice, milk."

"The hotel itself is brand new, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very frustrating due to inaccurate information on Expedia and the lack of assistance from the hotel staff. We booked two rooms for three nights. The hotel is VERY far from the main attractions, which was not clear when we booked. More importantly, the hotel name/location shown on Expedia did not match the information on AMap. Our driver spent more than two hours trying to locate the hotel after picking us up from the airport. After a long international flight, this was extremely stressful. We explained the problem to the front desk and decided to stay only one night and move to a more convenient hotel. Unfortunately, the staff simply told us to contact Expedia rather than helping us resolve the situation. We had to make several international calls to Expedia, costing about $0.50 per minute. I now see a pending refund for the two unused nights, which I appreciate, but it took considerable time, expense, and frustration to resolve. I strongly recommend that Expedia and Marriott/Sheraton correct the hotel’s name, address, and map information across booking and navigation platforms. I also hope Sheraton reviews how staff assist international guests when problems arise. The hotel itself is excellent, but the inaccurate information, difficult location, and lack of assistance greatly affected our experience."

"The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but in the inside it’s all new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room is dark in the morning and 0 noise, the location is ideal to go visit the zoo. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options to choose from."
