"The highlight of the hotel is the customer service of the family owned business. The hotel is decent and has everything you need, The staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Don’t wait and book it, they helped us arrange the tours and transition, you won’t have time to spend at the hotel as the tours are the entire day from early morning till late pm. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. "
