"We had an incredible stay at Rixos Premium Belek! From start to finish, the staff were remarkably friendly and attentive, with our dedicated WhatsApp assistance group making everything seamless and effortless. Traveling with our 9-month-old boy could have been challenging, but the team went above and beyond to make it stress-free. We were kindly given a free room upgrade to give us extra space for him, which made a huge difference. They provided amazing baby facilities and in-room essentials like a bottle warmer and sterilizer, as well as plenty of fresh baby food options. Everyone paid such special, heartwarming attention to our little boy throughout our stay. The resort facilities are fantastic—the heated pool was lovely, and we never had any trouble finding a sunbed. As for the dining, the food was outstanding! The à la carte restaurants were top quality, and the main buffet offered incredible variety and range. The restaurant and buffet staff deserve a special mention for being so super friendly and attentive every single day. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and will definitely be returning!"

"The hotel had everything you might need. The food was great and different options. I loved the kids options including for babies. The main swimming pools were quite cold in October, but the kids one was heated and the temperature of the sea was perfect. Loved the hotel and the kids too!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Granada Luxury Belek! The villa was beautiful, luxurious, and exceeded our expectations. The entire resort was incredible, with outstanding facilities, a fantastic atmosphere, and so much to enjoy for the whole family. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation to the overall resort experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and made some unforgettable memories together. The resort offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic luxury holiday. We would absolutely love to come back again!"

"The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The pools, beach, and spa were all exceptional. Overall, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had—you are surrounded by true luxury and made to feel like royalty. Delicious food is available everywhere, and the staff is always eager to assist. The restaurants cater to every taste, with an excellent variety of both international and Turkish cuisine. Each evening featured a spectacular, high-quality show that genuinely blew us away. It may be a little pricey, but the experience is absolutely worth it. This is the perfect destination for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation. You will not regret staying here!"

"Disappointing experience, especially for a honeymoon Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, particularly as we were visiting for our honeymoon. At check-in, I specifically mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and was told that this had been acknowledged. However, when we arrived, the staff told us that no honeymoon request had been noted. We were then asked to wait around 20–30 minutes while they saw what they could do. This was not the welcome we expected, especially for such a special occasion. The housekeeping service was also a major issue throughout our stay. After our first day, we showered and went down for dinner, and we simply asked if the bathroom could be refreshed and, mainly, if we could have our towels topped up. We were questioned about why we needed the room cleaned again when we had only checked in that day. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — we simply wanted fresh towels and the bathroom refreshed. On day two, our room was not cleaned until around 5pm. This became a daily issue, as the room was consistently being cleaned very late in the afternoon. We would have liked to return to a clean room around midday so that we could rest, freshen up and get ready for dinner, but this wasn’t possible. When the room was eventually cleaned, the standard of cleaning was also disappointing. The room was left in a mess, and fortunately the cleaners were still there when we returned, meaning I had to explain what had been missed. T"

The staff were always friendly and attentive, and everything was very well organized. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

"Couple of people made a difference!!! Everything worked out at the end. But if uoubare from US and good AC in the middle of the summer important, pay extra to stay at the lagoon suits. Main building has nice rooms, all different categories and very nice but all have the same bad AC. Lagoon suits are separate standing ans newer. It was perfect. And you get your own restaurants for sit down option or go to main buffet."
