非常に駅から近く移動がとても楽でした。部屋の設備も充分でしたが、一部使い方が分からない物があり、紙の説明書なりネットでの情報があれば良かったと思います。鍋が仕舞われている戸棚も中々気付きませんでした。 ちょっと気になったのは部屋カードの受け渡しがポストを介する点です。宿泊者は受け取ってしまえばセキュリティに問題無いのですが、宿泊者が受け取る前やチェックアウトした後の扱いが気になりました。 でも、全体的には非常に満足でした。

Family of 5 (adult children and grandma) came to zermatt and stayed at Chalet Ibron. The property was beautiful- perched on the edge of a hill. The team met us at the station on our arrival and brought us and our luggage up. It’s a lot of stairs but zermatt is hilly so I would think most people are prepared. The chalet had everything we could possibly need. We were able to prepare meals and also were close to restaurants for dinners out. All of the lifts and trails were close. The rooms were spacious and beautiful and the balcony views of the night sky were unforgettable.

・床から水が溢れるトラブルが有り、チェックアウトまで解決しなかった。 ・チェックアウトの日時を担当が間違えており、時間をロスした。 ・キッチンの設備の割にシンクが小さすぎる。洗えない物がある。 ・キッチンの水栓が壊れていて、冷水を出しにくい状態であった。 ・電気のスイッチ配置が非常にわかりにくい。 開放的なリビングとピアノと暖炉は素晴らしい体験となりました。

We wish we had more time to stay here! It was perfect for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the ability to get cross ventilation made it very comfortable during the day and night despite no AC (which most places in Zermatt do not have). The kitchen was well stocked and coffee was supplied which we really enjoyed drinking on the balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. It was nice to have on-site laundry so we could pack only a carry-on for our ten day trip. The local market is a two minute walk away and the unit is conveniently located to the train station, funicular, and a five minute walk to town. The river outside was like a natural white noise machine and the hosts were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the local restaurant recommendations and flexible check out process. Would stay here again without reservation!

This is truly a spectacular property. The location was convenient, close to train station, grocery store and the main thorofare. The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was certainly a treat. Keep in mind you are close to the tennis courts and playground which for us, was extremely convenient as we were traveling with our young grandchildren. It was great having plenty of room where the kids could have a place to play while the adults had their place to relax. I was unaware that there were pool privileges that we could have taken advantage of, but honestly, we were too busy for that! The property had everything you could imagine in the kitchen. Spices, sugar, coffee, etc. This was a big help. For us, the stove took a bit to get used to how it worked, but we were able to figure it out. The property management was great, made sure we had everything we needed. They even helped us out when we had a luggage issue. My thanks to the owner of the property to allow us into this beautiful home. Looking forward to staying here again!

Everything was perfect with our stay. We are a traveling family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Skiing was excellent and the food was awesome! The chalet had plenty of space. It was definitely worth the trip from Nebraska USA.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, very clean, but our favorite part was the balcony. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The staff is very friendly. Gaston met us almost at the train station, walked us to the apartment, and gave us a few tips of the town, including restaurants, supermarkets, ski trails,etc

Excellent location. clean, relaxing. The staff was super attentive and always answered the phone. Every need was met and would highly recommend. Close to train station and main street of town. Directions were spot on and everything worked great. Will definitely stay again.

We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Mountain Exposure Luxury Chalets for 3 nights. It was a beautiful chalet, very spacious, clean & tidy. The views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from our balcony were breathtaking. Meeting the concierge to pick up the keys was very easy, he coordinated the evening before so everything was organized. Great location for Zermatt train station, Gornergrat train and the Matterhorn Gondola ride. Highly recommend.

今回こちらの宿に滞在できて、本当に素晴らしい体験となりました。 まず到着時から印象的だったのは、ホストの対応の丁寧さです。事前のやり取りから当日のチェックインまで、とてもスムーズで安心感がありました。質問へのレスポンスも早く、初めての土地での滞在でしたが不安なく過ごせました。 お部屋は写真で見る以上に清潔感があり、細やかな配慮が感じられます。ベッドリネンやタオルはもちろん、キッチン用品や生活必需品がしっかり揃っており、長期滞在でも困ることはありませんでした。窓からの景色もよく、朝は自然光が心地よく差し込み、とてもリラックスできました。 立地も申し分なく、周辺にはスーパーやレストランが多くあり、交通アクセスも便利でした。観光地や市街地へも行きやすく、滞在中の移動がとてもスムーズだったのも大きなポイントです。夜も静かで、ぐっすりと眠れる環境が整っていました。 全体を通して、ホテル以上に快適で「自分の家のようにくつろげる空間」でした。ホストの温かさと、細部まで行き届いた心配りのおかげで、滞在中ずっと気持ちよく過ごせました。次にこのエリアを訪れる際も、ぜひ再び宿泊させていただきたいと思いますし、友人や家族にも安心しておすすめできるお部屋です。 素敵な滞在を本当にありがとうございました！

Incredible view of the Matterhorn and Zermatt Village. Good amenities, lots of room, open and bright, good beds and bedding. Great balcony! There is some loud construction going on but it didn’t start too early. Plus they didn’t work on the weekend and no noise in the evenings. Absolutely no complaints! Loved the stay.

Disappointed that the advertised amenities were not available. Catered breakfast, daily housekeeping, evening “wine and canapés” were not provided as advertised. I would not have booked this stay had I known.

A localização do loft nao é acessível a qualquer pessoa, é uma longa subida a pé, pra quem vai em família, há apenas uma pessoa para ajudar a subir as malas, é uma boa subida, não achei confortável pelo preço que se paga. O loft é quase todo de estrutura metálica, a casa da pequenos choques nas pessoas, seja encostando nas maçanetas ou corrimão. O loft é lindo, confortável, amplo, o staff é amigável e prestativo, mas como são uma equipe pequena, não possuem gente suficiente para prestar um serviço de luxo que talvez seja esperado pelo preço que se paga.

The property was a 10 mins walk from the main train station. A friendly staff Stefan met us halfway to bring us to the property. The entrance was underwhelming with a really small lift. It has an unpleasant smell. Hence, we bought an air freshener to remove the odour. The chalet is well equipped with kitchen, three rooms and two bathrooms. It has a washing machine and a dryer which was really a bonus for us. However, one of the room’s window cannot be opened although the technician came to repair. The technician had to contact a professional who can only come on the day we checked out. My parents have to stay in a stuffy room throughout the entire stay. In addition, one of the toilet’s door is spoilt. You need to use a lot of strength just to lock it. Overall, I would recommend this property as it is a short walk to groceries shops and the shopping street and the staff is friendly. You can also see the Matterhorn from the balcony. Maybe you can book the adjacent property, Châlet Zeus, to avoid spoilt door and window. Great for family with lots of people.

Excellent on everything. The check-in host met us and walked us to the chalet. He even helped us hold the train on check-out day as we were running late. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. The views of Matterhorn were amazing from the back deck. Can’t wait to stay again.
