"Such a charming hotel and so close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. The staff took great care in setting up our room. We had a view of the Matterhorn and surrounding area. The rooms are very clean, have all what you need, even a tote and backpack to use! Staff is awesome! Will definitely stay here again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. "Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has...
