"Good service and clean"

"Overall, the property was perfect. I would consider Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai a more upscale Japanese business hotel. Room was clean and modern with a good selection of amenities. It's just a short walk from Sendai Station and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, breakfast is not complimentary but there are many breakfast options in the surrounding area. I found a cheap onigiri shop just around the corner from the hotel for just 150 yen each and the portions were generous, better than the ones at the convenience stores. There is also Asaichi Market, which I recommend taking a stroll through. "

"In general, most accommodations in Japan are well managed. However staff at Hotel Grand Beach shown exceptional problem solving skills and willingness to find alternative solutions for the needs of customers. Frontdesk staff, Yamazaki H, helped me called delivery service for an odd size item, which other accommodation have told me no can’t do. End result was I don’t have to carried the item on and off the Shinkansen for next three days of travel. Thank you Yamazaki-san "

"Great option if you're taking the Shinkansen. Room was spacious. Loads of amenities including face masks and even sunblock. Connected to many stores and restaurants, we loved it "

"Travelled as a family with young children. The room is spacious, clean bathroom with a bath tub. Parking is within the hotel at 1500yen per night. There is a family mart and lawson within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"Wonderful stay at Hotel Vista Sendai. Close to the main station by foot. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. Did not try breakfast or bath."

"The room was dark and quiet at night and the air conditioning meant I could cool the room down when needed, helpful during the unexpected heatwave. Staff were always helpful when I had any questions or requests. Having a convience store next to the hotel was great and only a 15 minute walk from the major train station."
