"The hotel was ok for the price however our room needed to be fixed and updated. The drainage of the sink was broken and you had to drain manually, some of the lights in the bedroom were not working and the bathroom door looked like somebody had burned it. The room was clean and the people working late at night when we arrived very kind."

"Hard to find. Road into hotel was filled with horrible potholes. Front entry way concrete has rough and had a huge hole. Roof was filled down. Outside of hotel was very dirty and had trash everywhere. Front lobby had restaurant/bar blocked off, not in use, and could tell it probably hadnt been for some time. Front desk clerk was sitting in the lobby chair, watching tv. Was not professionally dressed to determine if she was an employee or just a guest. Elevator and halls were also in need of cleaning and attention. Room 207 is where we were and it also need attention. Floor were so sticky that our shoes stuck to them when walking. Bathroom amenities were also in need of cleaning. Multiple rooms had window shades open that you could see into the rooms and yet they had not been cleaned by housekeeping. 206 door was propped open the entire time we were there, and piles of dirty laundry. If we could have cancelled without paying a penalty, we would have left and found somewhere different to stay. Pictures on the web is no where near the current status of this facility by any means."

"Wyndam Grand always provides a great experience for a trip to Pittsburgh....great views no matter what side of the hotel you are on....food is good and convenience to all stadiums many restaurants and other venues are excellent from this location. My only complaint is while the room was very clean and maintained....they are starting to look a bit dated in appearance. Otherwise really is a great place to stay"

"Decent breakfast and the one staff member I met was nice but the cleanliness of the room was unfortunate (carpet not vacuumed, mold in the shower, etc.)."
