I highly recommend a stay here! Nice, clean rooms and the view over the landscape from the rooftop pool is amazing. The stuff is so helpful! Staff were really helpful, had a problem with the curtains which was immediately fixed, room service was great and the cleaning staff were too

Had cockroaches in our room and a musty smell that we complained about so they gave us cockroach spray and said there were no rooms and sent us on our way, we later went down to complain and get a refund and suddenly a room appeared, the staff were lovely though, so other than the first awful room ...

1. Sofas ripped in lounge 2. Bathroom handle and lock hanging off 3. No towels for 2 days 4. Little hot water 5. Patio doors did not lock in lounge or bedroom 6. No towel to dry dishes & glasses 7. We have visited the area/Gozo many times we love to mingle with the locals its not just about tourists,especially the many villages lots of eating out places the bus links excellent although very busy access to beach ideal for children also Ramla
