"Very clean hotel with pretty good breakfast choices and with an extremely convenient location just steps from the main attractions. I didn’t have to use Uber/public transport anywhere. The only areas of opportunity would be the AC as the room got a bit warm at night and I had to sleep with the window open while it was raining. And… it wouldn’t hurt if the staff at the front desk showed at least minimal facial emotion but I guess that’s the Scandinavian hospitality standard."
"Excellent location for seeing sights, hop on hop off bus outside hotel. Train station a few minutes away. Simon in concierge very helpful as were the rest of the staff on reception.
The hotel room does need a bit of tender care and uodatiyyo bring it to a 5 star as it is looking a bit scruffy, especially the bathroom and the grouting for example. There is no tray in shower to put your soap, shampoo. So we had to put in floor which isn't very safe. Also would benefit from a hook on back door to...
"Our room was very clean. The staff was very nice at check-in. Sometimes it can get very busy in the lobby, but they have a lot of different languages. They are dealing with.
The location is very close to the rail station, which will take you into the center of town. We took a taxi from the airport to our hotel. However, on the way home we were able to navigate the rail system and got back that way."
