"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the

/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu.

"We had a terrific stay at the Bled Rose Hotel. It was a perfect location with wonderful views of the lake. The staff was attentive the room comfortable. We had a spacious room with a balcony - Bathroom very modern with excellent water pressure. The hotel pool is amazing (indoor) and outdoor Jacuzzi and sun area was nice. Excellent breakfast as well"
