We looked forward to our stay in Dubrovnik, when we arrived, we could not contact the owner. After talking to a guest that was there the owner finally arrived, irate that we disturbed his guests, and he had NO IDEA WE BOOKED HIS PLACE. He even told us he has had many people come and told them they don't have a reservation. THIS GUY IS A SCAMER!

We booked this apartment about 3 hours in advance, put the arrival time as requested and started driving. Upon arrival there was no free parking as promised, in fact there was no parking at all and we had to leave our car about 2 km away from the property; the host never showed up to greet us. We spent 40 min in the rain trying to get a hold of anybody but there was no response. Absolute failure… We went to these apartments ourselves hoping to find somebody there, and to be honest, the place in general looks like a dump, nothing like on the pictures or on the reviews. Thanks to Hotels.com, they relocated us to the Hilton hotel ad saved our trip.

Walking distance to the upper and lower town. Free parking 700 meters away if wanted. Check in one floor up, door on the right-ring the doorbell. The apartments are two floors up, no elevator. Apartments seemed to be newly renovated and clean.

The communication with the Virtus Apartments was VERY POOR. we tried repeatedly to find out about parking facilities.(ended up canceling our car rental as we could not get a response) We were told to contact them with our expected arrival time as it is a No Front Desk property. The phone number only gives you an answering machine message, only in Croatian. We left our cell number and email but got nothing back with any info. So our arrival & check-in was VERY STRESSFUL. However that being said once at the building we found a note on our allocated room with our name, a welcoming package of fruit & cold drinks in the room. We met Spark, our cleaning lady who went the extra mile and she was the sparkle that made our stay very warm. Had we not dealt with Spark the stay would have been much more stressful. Thank you Spark for your warmth and help with getting a taxi for us. We truly appreciated YOUR KINDNESS AND HELP

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in Europe , very spacious amazing customer service and the breakfast was excellent . The best I have had it’s buffet style with many options. Classy and close to city center and park zrajevkc I highly recommend this hotel . Will stay when next visit Zagreb

The room is at walking distance from the centre (about 15-20 minutes) and about 10 minutes walk from the parking space. Nice host but not really keen to give advice on what to visit in the city.

The property is located near the major attractions. Iskra keeps the room in a very clean condition. She did her work with whole heart and responded to our needs and requests promptly and satisfactorily.She provided very useful guide and information for planning our trip upon our arrival. 사진과 그대로고 깨끗합니다. 친절하게 맞아주셨어요. 자그레브에 다시 갈 일이 있다면 꼭 다시 갈 생각입니다. 익스피디아에 후기가 없어 망설이다 예약했습니다. 사이트에서 이미 결제했는데도 카드승인이 안된다는 자체 메일이 와서 익스피디아 고객센터에 물어보니 이미 결제됐다고 하더군요. 몇시에 도착할 예정인지 체크하는 메일이 와서 시간체크했고, 도착 30분 전에 연락하라해서 전화했습니다. 버스터미널에서 트램타고 20분 정도 간 후에 다시 3분정도 걸어가면 됩니다. 엘베는 없고 한국식 3층입니다. 방이랑 침대 등등 정말 깨끗했고, 시설이 사진과 동일합니다. 침대 폭이 일반 싱글보다 조금 좁은 것 같습니다. 핸드워시만 있으니 어메니티는 별도로 챙겨가세요. 아파트 복도에 여행을 위한 책자와 팜플렛 많이 있으니 참고하셔서 여행하세요. 근처에 슈퍼, 빵집 등등 있습니다.
