"Great place for people who can be totally independent and have a car. Large, clean, very well kept apartment which had one queen bed and two singles. No elevator. Good WIFI. Nicely equipped kitchen. But management does not seem to understand that the clients are tourists. For instance, there's a washing machine but no soap. There's a dishwasher but no soap. There's an oven, but no oven mitts. As a tourist, I don't plan on having to buy all the little necessities. I still give it 10 out...

It's a short walk to a huge amount of resturantes, bars, beaches and Zadar old town. BEAUTIFUL"

"The instructions from Katarina were bang on and we had no trouble finding the hotel and the parking spot she had kept for us. We did let her know well in advance that we needed parking. The apartment was at the very top of the building in the attic, so there wasn’t much of a window and the roof line was very sloped. Not great for tall people. The stairs were also very tight. "Nice little apartment close to a few food venues. You can hear traffic noise but it’s not too bad."

"The apartment was very basic. There was half a roll of toilet paper. No toiletries, no kitchen soap, or minimum spices. There were plastic spoons. This place was not suitable for anyone arriving via air without a car carrying a few essentials. It is not a hotel."
