Not as good as promised.

The initial room was humid and had cracks and a bit of mold on the walls . We got switched to another one on the ground floor on the street which was very noisy. We had a second night in another room which was decent. Staff was ok but, despite we apologized for the inconvenience was not really friendly. Quite disappointed compared to reviews.

Dentro de los puntos positivos es que está muy cerca del centro histórico, en menos de cinco minutos a pie ya llegaste y hay muchos restaurantes en donde ir a cenar o desayunar. Además cuenta con estacionamiento. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero limpias y cuentan con todos los servicios (agua caliente, luz, internet, televisión por cable, etc). El único punto en contra fue que la habitación en la que nos hospedamos no contaba con calefacción y hace muchísimo frío en Zacatlán. Algo extra a considerar es que este lugar es punto de encuentro para muchos tours y visitas guiadas, por lo que te vas a ahorrar el tener que salir a buscar quien te ofrezca uno y tener que trasladarte hasta algún punto de recolección. Recomiendo mucho el de las cascadas. Seguramente vuelva a visitarlos :)
