"There was no thermostat in the room so we could not control the AC or heat. Hotel is in a good location for the beach but our room was not the best. Chips in the tub and tiles. Faucets not working right. Shower water not ver hot in the morning "

"loved having a ground floor room, loved they offered walk in shower, room was clean. had no rugs, staff was friendly. Breakfast was fair parking lot was getting repaved on second part of our stay but still we had no issue parking. getting into out of property you need some patients, but it can be done. we like being close to Jacksonville and Ga,"

"This hotel is currently under major construction, and unfortunately that was not disclosed on the website when booking. That was very misleading to guests. The room itself was okay, but it did have a noticeable mildew smell. I do want to recognize the front desk receptionist, who was very polite, professional, and apologetic about the situation and the lack of disclosure. As a guest, I expect better transparency and standards from Marriott, as this is not typically the experience associated with your brand."
