Truly relaxing
A beautiful setting against Mt Yufu. Nice hot springs: in-room as well as two big public baths (indoor and outdoor). The indoor bath house is available 24 hours a day. Delicious coffee, free towel and tabi socks in your room. Upgraded for free to a barrier-free room for my mother. The only snag was WiFi: it wasn’t working.

Nice Ryokan for familiy
Nice place to stay and relax. Dinner and breakfast was simple but good. Not too crowded since it was winter. It is just a short drive from the shopping street.

개인 탕이 있어 좋았습니다. 노천탕도 조용하고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 다만 가이세키는 가격대비 쏘소. 조식은 맛있었습니다.

학교 수련회가 가서 자던 것이 생각났다 개별 온천은 깊이가 너무 낮다 하지만 매우 친절하다 조식시간이 짧고 먹을게 없다. 퇴실이 10시여서 급했는데 빨리나와서 잘된 것 같다 제일 넓은방이었는데 작은방은 좋을 수도.. 작은방들도 료칸 느낌이라기 보다는 한국 펜션느낌이다

職員有禮貌，很貼心，地點有點遠，晚餐有精緻，好吃，雖然每碟份量小小的，但有9樣，足夠吃飽！我住的房間是獨立風呂，但只可一人使用，公眾的有兩個一個是室內一個是露天的，室內的很大，但我比較喜歡露天那個，環境很美。

口コミを読ませて貰っていてスタッフの対応についてすこし不安がありましたが、全くそんなことはなく、チェックインからお部屋の案内、食事、チェックアウトまで笑顔の対応を気持ちよくしていただきました。ひとつだけあえていうなら、やはり食器をひかれるタイミングもう少しゆっけりして貰えると（普段の生活でバタバタ食事するものとしては）より楽しい食事の時間になったかなと思います。

가성비 좋은 료칸 느낌의 리조트
숙박지 근처에 아무것도 없다는 것은 잘 알고 있었기에 주변은 문제 되지 않았습니다. 픽업도 제 시간에 왔고, 요청한 시간에 배웅 서비스도 있었습니다. 전통 가이세키라기 보단 음식이 퓨전 느낌이긴 하지만 음식도 맛있었습니다. 노천탕이 상대적으로 멀어서 아쉬웠지만 개별 노천탕 붙은 탕이라 즐길 수 있었습니다. 경치는 볼 것이 많지 않았고 료칸이라기 보단 리조트 느낌입니다. 가성비 좋은 여관 찾으시면 추천합니다.

Very nice outside hot spring.
Outside hot spring is perfect for me and my mother. At the first time i touched water, i felt like i am touching silky water. My skin became so silky after bath. The only bad thing is the location. Taking a car is the best way to go there. If you like mountain climbing, i am not hesitate at all.

一個舒適的休息地方
距離: 距離由布院車站有一段長距離，不可以用走的去到目的地，需要乘搭的士(約800日元)，或send email與酒店溝通安排免費酒店在車站的接送車(接的時間不詳，因沒有使用接的服務)，間 環境: 清幽，在山上，附近沒有任何商店，晚上能看到星星，是一個休息/放鬆的地方。 職員服務: 放上6:00pm check in酒店，有一位酒店男職員幫忙，懂英文，主動幫忙拿行李。在check in時有告訴職員check out時間，職員安排酒店免費車送去由布院車站(8:00AM) 設施: 有兩個免費溫泉(只有試了一個大公眾男女分開的溫泉)，水溫不太熱，少人使用，另有一個家庭私人溫泉，需另外付費及預早在reception book時間；晚上9時，大堂的關門，見不到職員，只可以走側門出入酒店大門。設施簡單。 食物: 沒有使用酒店的食物，不知道質素如何。 整潔: 房間整潔，有冷氣，有廁所，沒有浴室，需去大眾浴室(男女分開)；房內備有: 毛巾、睡衣、吹水機、抽濕機、基本刷洗物品。 價錢: 合理

개인온천이 있는 가성비 훌륭한 숙소
장단점이 확실한 곳입니다. 개인적으로는 개인 온천이 딸린 방이라면 매우 추천하며, 가능하면 차량이 있는 쪽이 좋습니다. 장점 : - 방에 개인온천이 있어 내가 원할 때 맥주 한캔 하면서 느긋하게 피로를 풀 수 있다 - 깨끗하고 넓은 방 - 족욕탕, 가족온천, 퍼블릭온천 등 다양한 시설 - 리셉션에 영어 담당자가 따로 있다 단점 : - 역 주변 상가들로부터 매우 먼 거리고, 오르막에 인도가 없는 길이라서 도보로 다니기 좋지 않다 - 입맛에 따라 다르겠지만 저녁식사의 코스가 뒤로 갈수록 느끼했다. 아침식사는 좋았다 - 공항으로부터 멀고, 상가들이 5시면 문을 닫는다 (유후인 전체의 단점)

母娘旅
小鳥がモチーフでお部屋の至る所にあり、それを探すのも楽しかったです。 コーヒーミル(豆)もあり、美味しくいただきました。 大浴場と露天風呂が離れてるのが難点ですが、半露天風呂付でしたので、そちらで温泉三昧出来ました。 早めに到着してしまったのにもかかわらず、スタッフの方が快く対応してくださり助かりました。ありがとうございました。

I experienced to live in this hotel which is the biggest room with private hot spring. But the hot spring pool is not as privacy as inside you room area. We need to go through a corridor, then walk downstair to a small private room for hot spring which is not as convenience as other hotel.

予約サイト側との相違点あり？
ホテルスタッフに確認したが、部屋スタイルが予約条件と異なっていた。ベッド３台と思って予約したが、スタッフによれば、そんな設定は無い！と回答。 予約サイト側にも伝えていると言っていた。その相違点が不満といえば不満だった。 その他の施設やスタッフ対応は悪くなかったので、滞在に不満はなかった。
