Everything about staying here was great! I only speak English and Korean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! Especially the manager at the front desk. I got to meet and have simple conversations with the staff. Even the ones that only speak Japanese. They were all friendly and kind regardless of language barriers. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and onsen were very clean and comfortable. The meals were delicious and well timed. I will definitely be back and I am even thinking about coming back for my honeymoon!

During the winter, when the sun goes early, it is nearly impossible to spot the hotel from the road. No light near the hotel sign. Staffs are friendly and nice but this hotel is overrated! With the similar price, I could've found the hotel with a private onsen in the room and free limitless drinks plus a halfboard.

The hotel is located a little further away from the JR station. While the hotel offers pick up service from and to the JR station, it is accessible only by taxi (about 800 yens) if you want to go out to the town center. Wifi signal is too weak, and virtually not usable.

A bit out of the way, but they offer a free pick up from the station. The beds were nice and so was the onsen. The dinner was very small compared to other ryokan and average overall. Breakfast was a bit better. Other than that, the WiFi was very spotty and couldn’t keep a connection for very long.

Cheap dinner & breakfast, location is bad.
Luckily we only stayed one night, the room was good and has a balcony facing a nice view. The osen area was very small and DIRTY. The dinner & breakfast were unexpected so bad, small potion and the beef were not fresh. No coffee for breakfast! Cheap!

Overall, a good stay. Environment was quiet and peaceful. Staff were courteous and helpful. However, driving to the hotel was not easy as roads were narrow and winding.

施設自体はいいのですが、外国人が多く落ち着けなかった。 貸し切り風呂を利用したかったが、最後の時間帯しか空きがなく、その時間帯はスタッフがいないのでメンテナンスが入らないとのことで諦めました。 など、残念なところがいくつかありました。

정말 친절하신 모든 분들 덕분에 편안하고 행복하게 다녀갑니다. 송영서비스부터 식사와 온천, 잠자리까지 모두 만족했습니다. 특히 여행가운데 곤란할 만한 일이 일어났는데 적극적으로 나서서 해결해주셨습니다. 유후인으로 오는 버스에서 지갑과 핸드폰을 놓고 내려서 버스 센터에 문의 했을 때는 전혀 방법이 없다는 말만 들었는데, 료칸 직원분께서 직접 버스 센터를 방문하셔서 적극적으로 어필해주신 덕분에 무사히 돌려받았습니다. 걱정없이 편안하게 머물 수 있게 료칸 서비스 뿐만 아니라 저희의 필요까지 돌봐주셨습니다. 여행 전체를 행복하게 만들어주셔서 감사합니다^^

룸 상태 좋았구요. 저녁.아침은 나쁘지 않았는데 아이들 식사가 너무 기름진 요리(핫도그,치킨...)여서 좀 건강한 요리로 바뀌면 좋을것 같아요.그리고 가족 온천탕은... 비추요...물이 더럽고 둥둥 무언가가 떠 다닙니다.... 온천물은 한 가족 온천이 끝나면 새물로 갈아주는게 좋을듯 합니다.

깨끗하고 조용한 료칸임. 유후인역에서 좀 멀지만 송영서비스가 있어서 좋음. 가이세키도 맛있고 (양은 좀 적은편) 우리는 개별욕탕이 있는 객실을 사용했는데 개별욕탕 완전만족함!! 한국어 가능하신분들도 계셔서 의사소통도 좋고 친절하심

우선 사장님의 친절함엔 감사드립니다, 기분 상할 수 있는 일에도 친절하셔서 다행이였습니다. 우선 갑자기 생긴 한파로 한국이나 일본이나 난리도 아니였죠, 그래서 동파를 겪고 공용화장실을 이용해야했습니다 여기까진 이해되고 괜찮았는데, 옆에 분이 이용하신 뒤에 들어가면 화장실이 너무 지저분해져서 쓰기가 힘들었네요.. 로비까지 내려가서 사용했습니다. 어쩔수없이 공용을 이용해야하는 부분을 생각해 자주 관리 해주셨으면 좋았을 거 같네요.. 가족탕은 너무 추워서 이용을 아예 못했고 대욕탕은 여탕은 괜찮았는데 남탕은 물에 뭐가 떠다녀서 남친이 들어갔다 바로 나왔다고 하더라구요.. 위생면에서 안타까웠습니다 송영차량 내부도 지저분해서 좀 그랬어요… 그리고 아무리 가성비 료칸이라지만 석식과 조식이 너무 허술해서 민망할 정도였습니다 일반 가정식에도 못미칠 거 같았어요 일본 3년전 코로나 생기기 전에 진짜 자주갔고 료칸도 여기저기 많이 이용했는데 코로나 이후에 가는거라 그래도 한국인 사장님이 운영한다고 하셔서 더 안심하고 갔는데 여러모로 실망스러웠습니다, 사장님과 직원분들 친절하신데 송영차량 탔을때 여자직원분은 신발도 신지 않은 채 좌석에 다리 올리고 앉아있고 차량 예약시간보다 더 기다렸는데 직원 두분 모두 손님인 저를 손가락으로 가르키더군요 차량 안에서요 ㅎㅎ 좀 이부분부터 어이없었는데 사장님이 착하시고 친절하셔서 그냥 하루 묵는거 조용히 지내고 오긴 했어요, 근데 다신 안갈거 같아요 근처에 바로 옆에 다른 곳 묵었을 땐 위생이나 식사나 가족탕 뭐 대욕탕 차량 모두 깨끗하고 좋았거든요 예전 블로그 글 보면 여기도 좋았던데.. 좀 실망스러웠습니다 약간의 철저한 관리가 필요해보였어요

가이세키 정식이 정말 맛있었고 온천욕도 아주 만족스러웠다. 다만 객실 내 세면대에서 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않아 아쉬웠다. 그 점 빼고는 다시 방문하고 싶을만큼 만족스러운 숙소였다.

친절한 직원들, 맛있는 식사, 그야말로 가성비 갑 료칸
레이메이 식사 후기가 극과 극이어서 걱정을 많이 했는데 대체 이거 맛없다는 사람들은 뭐 얼마나 대단한 입맛인건지 모르겠어요;; 진짜 조식/석식 이 정도 수준이면 완전 괜찮습니다 ㅠㅠ 진짜 저희 가족들은 다 너무 맛있게 먹었어요!!! 양도 적은 편 아니에요 ;; 간도 진짜 딱 좋았어요 :) 방은 우풍이 살짝 있기는 한데 자기에 좋았고 웬만하면 전용욕실 있는 방으로 예약하시는 게 좋을 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 제가 예약한 방은 세면대가 베란다쪽으로 빠져있는 구조였어서 겨울이라 너무 추웠어요 ㅠㅠ(온수도 나오지 않아서 좀 당황^^!) 그런데 전체적인 숙소의 청결도나 느낌은 너무 좋았습니다. 욕탕들도 수질이 정말 좋았어요 :) 게다가 숙박 마지막 날 눈이 너무 많이 와서 렌터카 윈터타이어 체인을 끼워야 하는데 직원분들이 너무 잘 도와주셔서 ㅠㅠ 덕분에 구매부터 설치까지 진행 후 공항으로 출발할 수 있었습니다… 온천물을 직접 떠서 차에 뿌려주시기까지 하셨어요 ㅠㅠ 한국인 직원분이 계신다는 점이 진짜 엄청난 메리트이고 정말 덕분에 잘 지내다 갑니다 :) 가성비 갑이에요, 진짜 강추드리는 료칸입니다. 로비에 전자레인지, 정수기 있는 것도 참 편리했어요.

I keep considering if I should reserve this hotel after reading some extreme bad comment. But after my one night stay at the western 2nd floor hotel room, I will definitely give a 5 star to this hotel. Clean: Quite clean, just facilities a little bit old, but still good Light: Good Food: Very good and full for half board Staff: very helpful, Help to take luggage after car arrival Onsen: Private onsen need to reserve, quite a good one; It needs to reserve earlier as I arrive late, and only one time slot left, nearly missed it. It would be good if the hotel can improve this, make sure each room can reserve at least one time slot at night Scenery: Extremely good view at the middle of the peak. Very quiet, wake up with mountain view, red leaves and bird singing while sunshine Transport: Need to drive and get there earlier to make sure the hill’s road is clean enough to find out the hotel as need to get through a small village road
