"Unfortunately the hotel had a planned power outage for the night I was there. In order to get showered and ready for my next flight out of Tokyo with lights, I was only able to get 2 hours rest before power was turned off at 3am. This was planned and should have been communicated to guests during the booking. My objective for getting the room was to rest after a 16 hour flight. 2 hours rest was a joke. The property was very nice, by the standards inconvenience was this unacceptable."

"Overall, great location and room had enough space for my wife and I. Couldn't quite figure out the AC unit, so at times it was pretty chilly at night. Would stay again for sure. "
