"The hotel is conveniently located in Puerto Cancún, close to really good restaurants, shops and the ocean. The rooms are modern, clean, and offer great views. Amenities such as the gym are well maintained, and the food is good as well. Where the hotel falls short is in the level of service. While the staff are generally courteous, they are not particularly proactive or attentive, and do not consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have a positive, seamless, and convenient experience....

"First of all the staff was 5⭐️+, second the place it’s exactly what you need nothing fancy but it’s exactly what you need like the beach, pool, bar and the restaurant. Things I didn’t like I couldn’t change the temperature of the air conditioning of the room it was ok but I like my room really cold. Second I didn’t like the food at all now that’s a personal choice but I didn’t like it at all, I would love to see more choices to pick."

"checking in was very easy even we came very late after midnight, staff very nice, hotel like an museum very cozy, feel warm quiet and area quiet, very clean, bathrooms big and clean, staff cleans room everyday and change bed sheets everyday, and nice size swimming pool not deep very good for kids, location close to lot of activities, mall, restaurants, no laundry in hotel but there is close one in the area. the only down size thing only 4 option in breakfast but it was delicious and enough...
