"We booked two rooms, each with two double beds but one of the rooms we got had only a king size bed. Instead of finding us another room with two double beds, we had to get another single bed rolled in. One of the rooms constantly smelled like mold. As an all-inclusive, the hotel is not a great option for anyone planning on doing lots of early morning excursions as no real food options were available before 7:00 am. "The cleaning team was great. The bathroom was huge, and the shower was very spacious — that was amazing. The AC was very loud, so we had to turn it off at night. Every morning, the floor became very wet and slippery. When we first arrived, the building smelled a bit like mold. Maybe because it’s an older building that was renovated. After a while, we got used to the smell. The staff was very friendly. The receptionists were especially nice and helpful. The food was delicious. We enjoyed both...

"The resort is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cancun. It was my first time in Cancun and I had such a great experience, especially from the treatment and staff at the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide beautiful views. There is a shopping mall, very convenient for great restaurants, scenic views and shopping. Best of all, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed every minute of being here."
