"Considero que es un Hotel muy bonito, las instalaciones son preciosas es enorme, no te da tiempo a conocer todo pero siento que el servicio al cliente y la atención del personal obviamente con sus excepciones no son de lo mejor incluso Ana de Concierge hasta me colgó el teléfono! Muchas de las cosas no te han información precisa como recalco no son todos, pero si el servicio no es excepcional como me gustaría recibir y como es recibido en otros hoteles de México!"

"My stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. My only recommendation would be to offer more variety in the food options and make restaurant reservations easier to secure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay again"

"The variety of foods was very good. The hotel and beach were very well maintained. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The pools were very clean with different atmospheres for each pool setting which was awesome for how you wanted to spend your day. The only negative was that we wish the A/C could be set a little lower but was ok in the room with ceiling fan. Definitely will stay there again."
