"This hotel is beautifully kept! The room we stayed in with a 13 and 10 year old was plenty large and everyone slept wonderfully! The location is perfect for exploring so much on foot! We walked all over town! Very comfortable beds! The bathroom was stocked with anything you could need and coffee tea provided was wonderful! Would love to come back!"

"This is a decent "Business Hotel" style very close to the station. Rooms are always small in this style but had everything I needed and a fair priced coin laundry (albeit one washer and one drier only) to catch up on laundry during the trip. Station is a fair hike from the old town and various "sights" but there's a bus for ¥100 to old town, cycle hire, taxis etc. Station has lots of amenities, restaurants etc nearby (next to the outlet mall). It has parking, although I didn't have a car during my stay - would be a good option to hire and use as a base to explore the area maybe. Would certainly come back as a solo traveller."

"Great hotel and staff. Location was fine. Only reason for the low review is the instructions/policies stated for the guest bath include provisions for small tattoos so long as they are covered by the property-provided cover-up sticker. When we arrived, the policy was 'guests with tattoo's are not permitted'. Not too big of an issue, but my wife, with two small tattoos was excited to try the bath as it was her first time in Japan and was unable to enter. Please ensure posted policies like this are consistent for future guests."
