"Where to begin? I have been enjoying the restaurant associated with this hotel for many years now on my visits to the area which is a treasure near Yosemite. The town of Oakhurst is my favorite as it offers great amenities that are the closest to the best entrance to Yosemite in my opinion. Lets start with the food. "Beautiful room with classic furniture and a lovely balcony. The inn is/had obviously been loved by someone who put a lot of effort into details. We were welcomed with coffee and other comforts. The room was comfortable. The gift shop was cute.
Only issue was the loud fan on the AC/heater, which woke me up a couple of times when it turned on through the night. "

"I really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and fireplace added the element of warmth to the ambiance. The bed was a bit firm to our liking but otherwise cozy. The property is tucked away and you really get the stillness that you do not get in the city. What I loved most of all is that the staff is wonderful and really builds a community for their guests and regulars. We enjoyed conversations and laughing for their lounge's trivia night. I cannot wait to stay here again! "
