"Arrived 4 hours after check in and the room wasn’t ready. Then I get “upgraded” to a smaller room at the adjoining Sheraton. The best western is feather free which is why I booked it. Had to request 4 times to get rid of the feather pillows as I’m allergic and mentioned this at check in. The pool was ok but there were no clean towels, all the bins were overflowing with dirty towels.
