"Perfect stay - large, great standard rooms with everything you may need i.e. hairdryer, iron, fridge. Fun outside changes available which was a great little find when walking through the car park on our way out for food (which is about a 5-10 minute walk down the road)."

"It was very quaint and had a homey feel to it. The best feature was the free coffee and tea station they had in the lobby at all times of the day. The room was clean and had a large TV with a wide range of stations."

"House keeping provided an excellent service, no issues. Area was quiet and peaceful environment. Quick access to beach. And transportation was available with trolley service. A bistro with bar was available if interested. Overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"We stayed here for four nights for a baseball tournament and would definitely stay again. Lisa and Peter are fabulous hosts. The property was very clean and well maintained and the boys enjoyed the pool area and the adults had a great time hanging out on the patio and grilling both day and night. All of the employees were very friendly and the location is perfect for all of the fun that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We hope to stay here again!
