"I was required to pay an additional $50 for a non smoking room.
The deposit was not indicated online.
The non smoking room that I was given had a strong smell of smoke.
I asked for another non smoking room and was charged additional money for that room. Since it was late, I went ahead and paid it.
That room had a strong mold smell to it although it did seem to improve after the ac ran a few hours.
The wifi would not connect. Staff were unable to help.

"No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The only towel bar in the bathroom broken. Coffee maker broken. Loud bikers were allowed to play loud music until 2 A.M. followed by loud talking early in the morning."
