"Do not let the photos fool you the pool area is a big let down. Also rooms are not well maintained shower makes a loud noise throughout the night and sink constantly dripped water. The bright light was the staff who were all very kind the whole trip."

"Location! Modern and clean rooms, but very small. Quick elevators a plus. No complimentary breakfast and outside area were closed due to construction. Overall a pleasant experience."

"Older style hotel in the heart of NYC Times Square just half a block from all the action. Amazingly quiet in the rooms. Walk west from the hotel and you quickly are in quieter neighborhoods and end up at the pier on the Hudson river. I loved the hotel and recommend it. One thing they should address ..."
