Great hotel, decent rooms and good location. However the reception staff were not accommodating at all and quite blunt/rude. Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa
The entire staff are very nice and very helpful! Our room was quiet and very clean with a nice view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel is conveniently only a 10 minute walk from Shinagawa Station making our travel needs very easy to meet.
