"Great location, great facility design, and great staff . Unfortunately our room was suffering an infestation of large black ants. We found and disposed of more than two dozen. Staff efforts to help were mixed, thought they did try. Evidently the ants are a common issue at this resort."

"Spent July 4th here and it was actually the best spot for fireworks because you can see everything from the parking lot and walk to Pioneer Park to see the whole town light up fireworks! This hotel is close to everything, it is in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Parking was easy to find. The staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful. AC was nice as well. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious"

"Older building that's mostly kept clean. Old bathrooms but in decent shape. Ok breakfast, had limited options and no hot items. Check in staff didn't leave a very positive impression as if they just wanted to be done with their job. Location is good - short walk to busy downtown area with dining, etc."

"I liked the location and the surrounding area. Why I didn’t give 5-stars is because the laundry closed at 9pm, actually earlier because some washer/dryers were in use so staff shut it down earlier. I guess to make sure the laundry needed to stay open past 9pm. I’m used to guest laundry’s (key entry) are available 24/7. Also, the pool area did not have a shower to rinse off before or after the pool even though the rules stated to rinse before getting in pool. They could easily add a couple...

"5 night's stay, wonderful staying experience, breakfast was good with options of hot and cold options, and our room was always tidy when we return from Yellowstone. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool every day after long trip from Yellowstone."
