"We were on the road and it was getting late so we needed a place to stay for the night so we picked this property. The room that we had chosen happened to be on the second floor and there was not an elevator. I'm 71 with my wife and since we hadn't planned to spend the night we had our large suitcases with us. I asked the desk clerk if I could stay on the first floor and they were very incommodating and gave us a room on the first floor."

Top Yellow Springs Hotel Reviews

Drury Inn & Suites Dayton North

10/10 Excellent

"Enjoyable stay. Would stay here again."

Mills Park Hotel

8/10 Good

"This is an EXTREMELY GORGEOUS and well-maintained property(inside and out): from the front porch to the free, well-lit and large parking lot. Pleasant and easy check-in and out. A delicious free cookie at check-in and a SUPER PROMPT call to come back and pickup my headset that I left behind when I checked out. Thank you Deon. Bike rentals on-site. Plenty of lounging space on the porches, the lobby and the back sitting bench. Best feature for me was the wood floors in the room. I will never understand why hotels still have carpets especially in rooms...but I digress. The room that I was given with my Expedia Bundle was an OK room, but NOT the best. It was on their highest floor ( 3rd floor). However, it didn't have the mini-fridge that is now standard in any basic property. There wasn't an iron or ironing board. Water bottles were $4... when 24 cost $6-8) Bottle water should be"free" or just hidden in the room cost esp. when there are no refill stations on the property. Be aware, there is no water in the gym either. There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room, but other rooms had Nespresso machines. Only 2 rooms have balconies. The staff that I encountered were not necessarily friendly. They were polite and professional. BUT Max at restaurant and another gentleman ( didn't catch his name: 30 yrs Airforce Vet, Graveyard shift ) were welcoming, kind, and very helpful. STAY HERE if you are visiting YS! Just get a better room! BEST SPOT...BAR NONE! I'LL BE BACK‼️🙏"
