"Comfortable rooms and beds, convenient shuttle to and front airport, friendly staff, restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. Only downside is we found the bedding too warm, and there was no way to make the room cool; air conditioning was limited to a set temperature and windows do not open. Bedding (duvet) was too warm for summer. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel is great, clean, modern, on the airport grounds, convenient shuttle bus. Great pub a short walk away. Only issue was I was grilled by the shuttle bus driver about which hotel I was going to. I had said I believe it’s the one on the airport, but he insisted seeing my booking. A bit of an unwanted hassle after a long flight."

"Great hotel but unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the bedroom which made it very it very uncomfortable at night."

"Chose this for close proximity to the airport and free airport shuttle which was very helpful. The room was small and poorly ventilated. No fan or exhaust in the bathroom, made everything damp. Would probably look for other options next time."

"The property was under renovation so things were a bit messy. If you’re coming for the US be prepared for no AC. The outlets did not have a USB option so bring a converter or they had them available to borrow. Just be aware that the rooms are smaller than traditional rooms in the US."

"Great location for the arena and also very close to the DART station for travel into the city centre. Very well decorated and comfortable rooms. The breakfast every morning was brilliant and staff were attentive and eager to help. Would definitely recommend and return to if/when we visit Dublin again."

"Staff were lovely but it was lots of mistakes from beginning to end- were sent to wrong room, then asked for the room we booked after traipsing up and down with suitcases. Got a new room - still not what we booked. Visited the restaurant - got 1 entree and the other one didn't arrive followed up 3 times till it did. Then there was a 10% service charge / tip automatically added - when we questioned - told it was mandatory. Which of course is illegal under irish consumer law."

"Perfect amazing hotel. Staff were so helpful, we arrived 3 hours early they let us park, use the washroom and the bar brilliant help. Delux room with view. Bathroom, shower, air conditioning and bed were fantastic all hell making us wish we stayed longer."
