"Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good."

"The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. "DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options.
