En primer lugar, cuando llegamos desconocieron la reservación argumentando que hoteles.com no les dio aviso.
En segundo lugar, En el segundo día nos negaron el café durante el desayuno, diciendo que se cobra por separado.
Por último la persona encargada de la recepción, fue poco amigable.

This hotel was the best in the area. No other better choices. Checked in and no water or electricity. Lots of noise from music in dining room. Would not stay there again unless absolutely necessary.
